• Recall how to use intensifier adverbs such as ‘so’ and ‘very’
• Define modal verbs and explain how to use them in a sentence
• Recall ‘adverbs of manner’ relating to actions
• Explain contractions and the use of apostrophes
• Describe using the simple present with a future time expression
• List vocabulary relating to a variety of subjects, such as greetings, personal information or travel words in conversation
