Dalhousie University is a U15 Canadian Research Institution located in Halifax, Nova Scotia on Canada’s beautiful East Coast. Our Faculty of Management, home to Dalhousie's Master of Public Administration program, boasts a reputation for developing private sector, public sector and civil society leaders who manage with integrity and make things happen. Starting each September, our comprehensive two-year full-time program (part-time also available) seeks to equip students with the management skills tailored for public service organizations. Moreover, it fosters a deep understanding of governmental structures, processes, and policies, encompassing not only government bodies but also public agencies and policy groups operating within the public sector. Combined with a paid summer internship and dedicated professional development courses, our graduates are prepared to make a real difference in the lives of those they serve.
