The course provides a solid foundation in project disciplines, both theoretical and practical. Students will learn the core methodologies for industrial product design, historical-critical disciplines on design culture and product evolution, and humanistic disciplines for interpreting social and cultural contexts. Training includes techniques for product representation, from manual and technical drawing to digital modeling and prototyping, digital image production, and understanding visual languages and perception. Students also gain scientific and technological knowledge of materials and production processes, and economic aspects of business and market feasibility.
