Admission Requirements

Access Access to the official Bachelor's degree programs will require possession of a high school diploma or equivalent and passing the test referred to in Article 42 of Organic Law 6/2001 on Universities, amended by Law 4/2007 of April 12, without prejudice to other access mechanisms provided by current regulations. The number of places offered for new admissions is:

  • Fuenlabrada Campus: 75 places (including places for admission by transfer)

The University Degree in Visual Arts and Dance provides the necessary skills to link future performing arts and dance professionals with the creative audiovisual industry, film, performing and communication technologies, advertising, and cultural industries.

Graduates will be able to find multiple career opportunities in traditional occupations of their specialty such as performers, choreographers, artistic directors, technical directors, producers, and filmmakers within any musical, theatrical, dance, or audiovisual and film production.

The obtained professional profile offers the necessary skills to work in Communication Companies, Advertising Agencies, the Creative Audiovisual Industry, and the Entertainment Industry, as well as to serve as teachers, and as specialized critics in theater, dance, or film within the fields of journalism, artistic research, and cultural institutions.

Their training allows them to work as heritage conservators of both tangible and intangible assets, provide services as documentarians of artistic collections, and generally participate in the study and rescue of cultural traditions. They will also be able to work in the cultural areas of different municipalities as cultural activity programmers, project managers, and leisure monitors.
