Bachelor's holders, earn your master's in ABA in as few as 24 months with the University of Dayton's online program without taking the GRE. Through the ABAI-verified course sequence, you'll complete fieldwork practicum hours and be prepared to sit for the BCBA® exam and advance your career.

The online Master of Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Dayton’s School of Education and Health Sciences gives you the experience, knowledge, and skills you need to change lives by helping individuals and families overcome life-altering behavioral problems.

Through a flexible online schedule, you’ll learn from and network with top professionals around the country.

You’ll be taught basic behavioral concepts and theory, assessment and intervention strategies, principles of organizational behavior management, and advanced techniques for facilitating behavior change.

Our highly acclaimed online program adheres to the qualified curriculum standards and includes an ABAI-Verified Course Sequence2 which meets BCBA® exam coursework requirements3. Upon completing your coursework and fieldwork, you’ll be eligible to take the BCBA® exam.

Choose the pace of study that is right for you.

Choose a part-time or full-time schedule around your schedule, needs, and experience.

At a full-time pace, you will complete 1-2 courses per semester. At a part-time pace, you will complete one course a semester.

To help launch you into a rewarding career, you’ll complete practical, hands-on fieldwork experience. If you’re already working in the ABA field, you may be eligible to complete your fieldwork hours at your current place of employment. Otherwise, our dedicated placement team will help you secure an approved fieldwork placement.

As a graduate, you’ll be well-prepared to begin your career in a rewarding role like behavioral coach, clinical director, behavioral consultant, educational consultant, or organizational consultant.
