Program Description

The TFM-ASA Master Program is a two-year Master of Science Program taught in English by 3 Universities in 3 different countries (Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium), Brandenburg University of Technology (Germany) and University of Bordeaux (France)).

The students will benefit from top-quality training in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. They will spend an entire semester in each university. Many industrial partners are directly involved through internships for students, conferences, and even courses.

Strengths

The Master places an emphasis on studies and research linked to Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering.

One of its major objectives is to create a synergy between the industrial and academic international research centers.

The Universities involved in this project have strong links with industrial partners and students will get the guarantee of valuable training periods with a sharp opinion about industrial reality and demands of the job market.

  • International program taught by experts from three different Universities in Europe
  • A joint Degree from the University of Bordeaux and BTU Cottbus and a degree from UCL, Louvain-la-Neuve. In each diploma, it will be specified that it is jointly done with the partner University (ies).
  • International mobility scheme in the three countries (2 semesters)
  • Close cooperation with industrial partners and Research Institutes with the guarantee of valuable training periods
  • Supported by Bordeaux Excellence Initiative.

At the end of the program, students could consider starting their professional career in aeronautical and Space Engineering or entering a future PhD program abroad.
