Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a powerful way to support people in making needed life changes. Hypnosis induces a deeply relaxed state of inner concentration and focused attention, nurturing decisions from a state of awareness and clarity, in the safety and comfort of a hypnotherapy session. Hypnosis is also well documented as a way to help relieve pain and anxiety, as well as for smoking cessation and weight release.

Self-hypnosis is a self-empowerment skill used for reducing chronic pain, improving sleep, and/or alleviating some symptoms of anxiety or depression.

Our campus is near the heart of Tempe, close to Arizona State University. We are within walking distance of restaurants, coffee houses, shops and the public transit system, including the Valley Metro Light Rail with trains arriving every 12-15 minutes.
