Seton Hall's Online Executive Master of Science in International Affairs program is designed for professionals who seek to develop additional skills or credentials to move ahead in their careers, but cannot attend a traditional Executive Master of Science campus program in order to do so. Through a series of ten courses, students will build upon their knowledge and skills in policy analysis, negotiation and conflict management, and professional writing, while developing a functional and/or regional specialty.

Online Diplomacy students benefit from access to the University Library's vast collection of online publications, including news sources such as the Financial Times, Economist, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, and international newspapers. The Library also provides access to Foreign Policy and World Politics Review, among a suite of databases, Top 50 Diplomacy Journals, e-book titles, and reference resources. In addition, the Seton Hall Library is recognized as an official UN depository library, which offers students access to a wide range of United Nations documents and reports.
