MS in Human Resource Management and Development

Our Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Development (HRMD) degree program gives you the leadership skills to help build organizations that maximize the effectiveness of human capital. You’ll acquire the skills and flexibility to adapt to changes in the economy, technology, globalization and demographics.

Our program is designed to prepare you with a strong foundation in concepts, theories and practices for human resource planning and forecasting, talent acquisition and retention, employee relations and the law, total rewards, performance management, organizational effectiveness and development, organizational culture, diversity and inclusion and HR strategy.

Our main campus is located in downtown Chicago on Michigan Avenue. National Louis University was established over 130 years ago and is one of the oldest and most progressive universities in Chicago. We feature the second campus in Tampa, Florida which was established in 1988 and located in one of Tampa's major business districts. NL U's Florida Regional Center serves students in 13 counties in central Florida.
