The MSM Global Flex Online MBA has been designed with the needs of working professionals in mind. The structure of the part-time programme allows you to balance the pressures of work with study. With the option to follow the programme completely online, you save time and money for travelling abroad.

Joining our flexible online MBA does not mean that you study in isolation. In the MSM Global Flex Online MBA, you will be part of a highly interactive learning experience. You can enjoy real-time virtual classroom sessions, where you can interact with and learn from like-minded professionals and experienced faculty. In this way, you benefit from the flexibility of an online MBA with the experience of an on-campus MBA.

Choose from two online tracks

To offer you maximum flexibility you can choose from two tracks, the 100% live online track or the flexible mix track.

• 100% live online track

In the 100% live online track, you can benefit from the full virtual classroom experience throughout the programme. Choosing this track, means all live Zoom-based sessions are compulsory to attend. In case you cannot attend a session due to circumstances, you have to inform your instructor upfront.

• Flexible mix track

In the flexible mix track, you combine live online courses with self-paced online courses. This track offers you more flexibility to study courses in your own time. In this track you follow a number of compulsory courses in real-time alternated with self-paced learning of the other courses.

All live Zoom-based classes in both tracks take place every week on Mondays and Thursdays from 7 – 9 pm CE(S)T and offer you an excellent opportunity to receive guidance from academic and professional experts.

Add an on-campus experience - Blended Learning

Do you want to include an on-campus face-to-face component in the programme? You have the option to join the two-week MBA expertise track at the MSM campus in Maastricht, no matter which online track you choose. The travel, living and accommodation cost for joining the expertise track courses at the MSM campus in Maastricht, are at your own expense.

The user-friendly MSM online learning environment has been designed to optimally support you during your MBA journey. It contains all the resources you need. With only a few clicks, you can view videos, access reading materials, conduct assessments and join the discussion board.

For each course, you will get an introduction about the topics that will be covered, find the learning objectives, get tips and guidelines on how to study the course, and find all the learning materials you need during the course. You can conduct optional self-assessments to test your knowledge and measure your progress.

The MSM online environment is the place where you engage in class discussions, participate in simulation games, take part in real-time group work and get guidance from academic and professional experts.

24/7 access:  You can access the online platform whenever and wherever you want, from any device you choose, in your preferred browser or through the app. All you need is an internet connection. Many of the online study materials are downloadable to enable you to work offline when needed.

SBE belongs to a select group of 1% of educational institutes worldwide with a Triple Crown accreditation by the international accrediting bodies AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA. In addition, MSM’s MBA programmes and Master in Management are accredited by NVAO and therefore lead to a Dutch-degree in terms of legislation in the Netherlands. This means that if you are an international student, that you may be eligible for an  orientation year permit  to allow you to stay in the Netherlands for 1 year in order to search for a job as a highly skilled migrant.
