Loyola's Master of Accounting (MAcc) program is designed for recent accounting graduates who want relevant, high-quality coursework to accelerate their careers. Obtaining the CPA credential provides many career options in public, corporate, managerial, and government accounting, corporate finance, consulting non-profit management, and law enforcement. The Loyola MAcc provides a clear path to both a master level credential and requisite credit hours to be a licensed CPA.
Beginning summer 2020, MAcc students will have the option of customizing their program by tailoring electives to meet individual career goals. Visit our curriculum page for details on the General MAcc, Tax track, or Data Analytics track.
Founded in 1980, Loyola's Joseph A. Sellinger, S.J. School of Business and Management provides academically challenging management education inspired by Jesuit traditions and values. Guided by the philosophy that true education informs students’ minds, bodies, and spirits, the Sellinger School’s undergraduate and graduate programs strive to combine knowledge, preparation for leadership, personal development, and professional certification with a commitment to ethics and the values of service.
While the School is headquartered at Loyola's main campus along North Charles Street in Baltimore, it also schedules classes at Loyola's graduate campuses in Timonium and Columbia to better meet the needs of working students. Loyola University Maryland's Sellinger School is a nationally recognized Jesuit business education that prepares leaders to build a better world. The Sellinger School is accredited by AACSB-International in both business and accounting—a distinction earned by only 5% of business schools worldwide.
