If you study health sciences, you’ll learn how you can care for people and educate them about the many aspects of health care. A Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science prepares students with an interest in pursuing advanced clinical and non-clinical healthcare degrees or career advancement. Your classes will give you a broad base to build on if you continue your studies in fields such as public health, exercise science, nutrition, or medicine. Or you may choose an undergraduate specialty such as health and wellness educator and go straight into a job after graduation. The University System of Georgia (USG) is a part of the community in each of Georgia’s 159 counties and provides services across the state.
