Program Description

The Colleges master’s program emphasizes the importance of scientifically rigorous research that informs public policy. The master’s degree in criminology prepares students to be informed, knowledgeable scientific research users that examine criminal behaviour and public policy responses to crime. Many master’s students ultimately will pursue the PhD.
