This LL.M. programme is tailored to cover both procedural and substantive law aspects of international dispute resolution. This LL.M. gives you a head start to commence your career in the field of international dispute resolution.

This LL.M. programme provides its graduates with a unique set of international arbitration skills together with substantial expertise in international business law. The programme is tailored to cover both procedural and substantive law aspects of international dispute resolution. This LL.M. gives you a head start to commence your career in the field of international dispute resolution.

  • This LL.M. programme offers you a comprehensive view of international arbitration (including investment arbitration) and legal aspects of international transactions;
  • You are educated by excellent teaching staff. Teachers in the programme have both a solid (international) academic background as well as a wealth of experience in commercial and legal practice. Additionally, throughout the programme, you will learn about international arbitration from the legal counsels as well as from the arbitrators’ perspective;
  • You will study in one of the leading commercial centres and largest ports of Europe, which means you will often go “on-site” to see how things work in practice. These outings will include visits to the leading arbitration institutions such as the Permanent Court of Arbitration and the Netherlands Arbitration Institute.
