Program Description

The MSc in Corporate Finance & Banking is an advanced and intensive programme designed for graduate students with prior training in corporate finance and valuation. The programme will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to work in investment banking, private equity, corporate banking, or financial advisory services. You will acquire in-depth knowledge of corporate decision-making in an international environment.

This programme benefits from a partnership with Société Générale. This partnership extends beyond the boundaries of the traditional company/school relationships and affords Société Générale unique visibility at the heart of the MSc in Corporate Finance & Banking. Société Générale disseminates its expertise through the co-production of programme content while enjoying direct contact with students through unique teaching and discussion sessions.

Since 2011, Société Générale has been accompanying students in the programme and transmitting its know-how, notably in the fields of structured products and hedge funds through case studies devised especially for the programme.

The partnership gives students the benefit of numerous recruitment and networking events, plus presentations of particular banking professions, such as General Inspection.

The MSc in Corporate Finance & Banking also has an academic partnership with the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association (CAIA). CAIA  is a non-profit global organisation that seeks to improve the investment and societal outcomes of capital allocation through professional education, transparency and thought leadership across all investor alternatives. It comprises an elite group of more than 12,000 professionals worldwide.

By becoming a CAIA academic partner, EDHEC Business School demonstrates that the MSc in Financial Engineering and the MSc in Corporate Finance & Banking academic curriculum cover a substantial portion of the topics covered by the CAIA Level I and Level II.

Admission Requirements
