Medical radiation science is a diverse, challenging and progressive field that combines science, health and anatomy/physiology. You’ll learn across a wide range of subject areas, including general radiography, screening, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT), positron emission tomography (PET), hybrid systems (SPECT/CT, PET/CT, PET/MRI), simulation and planning systems, linear accelerators, and state of the art computer/software systems.
