Program Description

Our Master of Science in Business Analytics program prepares future business leaders with state-of-the-art analytics tools and techniques.

In today’s business world, every organization is looking for a way to make their decision-making more effective. Business analytics utilizes a data-driven methodology, such as data modeling and statistics, to create insights.

In Bryant’s Master of Science in Business Analytics program, students learn the whole process of the data analytics lifecycle from business understanding, data preparation, data exploration, model building, and data visualization and communication. Students will learn to use advanced analytics to support organizational goals and strategies and tell compelling stories that impact business strategy.

The MSBA is a full-time, in-person cohort program comprised of eight required business analytics courses and a three-course specialization, or a generalist track that tailors electives to your personal and professional needs. The program culminates with a capstone project where students apply what they have learned to a project provided by our corporate partners and present their findings to the partners.

Upon graduation, students will be proficient programmers in Python, R, SQL/NoSQL, and data visualization software (Tableau and PowerBI). Students will also have experience with an evolving array of big data management tools like Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Databricks.
