The American Institute of Alternative Medicine is an accredited combined learning institution and clinic located in beautiful Columbus, Ohio. The American Institute of Alternative Medicine has been educating students in health and wellness for over 20 years.

The American Institute of Alternative Medicine began as Massage Away, Inc.; a massage school with one program and 14 students. This has evolved into The American Institute of Alternative Medicine with 4 programs and over 2,500 alumni practicing worldwide. The American Institute of Alternative Medicine programs include Acupuncture, Western Massage Therapy, Registered Nursing, and Practical Nursing. In fact, we are home to the only Acupuncture program in Ohio, and the longest-running massage program in Central Ohio.
