You discuss and debate ideas and practices, considering how they fit into your professional experience in the workplace.
You consider and develop practical approaches to project management, exploring and practising traditional and contemporary approaches to the profession. Study core modules including Fundamentals of Project Management, Project Management Tools and Applications, Advanced Project and Programme Management, Principles of Responsible Management as well as Research Methods in Business. Then choose from the optional modules: Business Consulting, Leadership in Organizations, and Sustainable Innovation Management. You also complete a final dissertation or a consultancy project.
