The Minnesota State University, Mankato Sport Management major prepares students with sport business concepts that enhance skills and knowledge in the following areas: management, marketing, promotions, communications, personal and product liability, negligence and risk management, public relations, consumer behavior, facilities, finance, public speaking, and much more.

Internships are one of the most important aspects of a student's educational experience within the Sport Management program.
