Master in Human Resources (HR)

The Human Resources (HR) Master is for those who intend to specialize on the soft aspects of personnel management, in particular Recruiting and Talent Management, training and development processes (upskilling and reskilling) also including an important part on remuneration policies and on the new issues of digital transformation.

The HR function in the company - whether it is a company, a player in employment services or a consultancy company - is becoming increasingly strategic because people are an increasingly growth and innovation factor to be developed and manage better.

It is with this objective that the Master in Human Resource Management (HR) provides:

• Operational approach to business processes. Like the Master in Personnel Management and other Business School courses, teaching is focused on many experiential contents, present in each lesson of the program, based on exercises and role playing.

• Visibility and soft skills with Project Work . The design work has the purpose of developing a solution with respect to a company criticality analyzed in the classroom, on the HR side, which will be worked on as a team with the support of a mentor figure; at the end, the work will be presented to an HR Manager as an opportunity for visibility and comparison.
