Tought in English and multicultural, the Master in International Human Resources Management (IHRM) will develop the skills to manage human resources in an international context.
The teaching team is made up of research professors, guest researchers and HRM professionals (60%), all of whom have international experience.
Once trained, students master current HRM policies (talent management, diversity management, etc.), international practices (e.g. mobility management, international recruitment or compensation & benefits). It also provides an opening to the world (international events and conferences) and develops skills on the current challenges of HRDs (diversity and workplace quality of life, digitalization…).
Classes take place from September to march, before a 6-month internship. The project-based teaching method (consultancy project, recruitment simulation, applied case studies) are a plus for the professionalization of students. 100% have a job in HRM 6 months after graduation as HR managers (talent manager, HR business partner, mobility manager, consulting…).
The programme is open to applications from bachelor students (bac + 4) in Management, law, psychology, sociology. Candidates must have skills in management (training and / or experience). Campus France applications are welcome. if not concerned you can apply on IAE Angers website.
