goals
A large part of the opportunities for internationalization of companies are fostered by the award of important contracts and projects financed by multilateral organizations, through international tenders.
It is what is known as "multilateral markets", of growing importance on the international scene due to:
- The strong increase in financial cooperation commitments assumed, among many other countries, by Spain.
- The growing weight that multilateral financing has gained as a result of the international financial crisis and the drought in the capital markets.
- The greater weight of Spain in the definition of the development policies of the multilateral institutions.
It is therefore vital that specialized training is offered in the knowledge of multilateral institutions both from the perspective of their strategy and operation, as well as the design, evaluation and management of projects that emanate from them.
The main objectives of the course are:
Train professionals capable of leading the internationalization of companies, taking advantage of the opportunities offered by multilateral markets.
Train professionals who can join the staff of multilateral institutions, and develop their professional work in them.
Provide professionals and companies specialized in legal and financial issues with the necessary tools to understand and act in this market.
Methodology
The program is developed entirely with on-line methodology, using the most advanced teaching techniques in this format.
The contents are developed with a strong practical component, which combines:
- Use of technologies such as virtual campus, virtual whiteboard, web conference, forums and collaborative work tools.
- Real cases of companies that will ensure students a practical knowledge of the application of the digital context in the company, aimed at its international expansion.
- Special sessions: master classes by the most relevant professionals from companies and institutions in the digital and international environment.
- Individual and team work, which guarantees the practical application of what has been learned.
The student must carry out a Final Master's Project under the direction of a tutor, consisting of the elaboration of a Business Plan at an international level and focused on the techniques and means of the digital economy.
The maximum number of students in the course is 30, which favors a direct relationship and continuous communication with the teacher and guarantees close training to the student.
The planning of activities, exercises, readings and practical cases is designed so that students dedicate between 12 and 15 hours of work per week.
