Beschreibung des Programms

Students who pursue the major in Social Sciences gain a broad-based education that includes experience with at least three of the principal social science disciplines: Economics, History, Political Science, Criminal Justice, Psychology, and Sociology/Anthropology.

At the same time, the major is designed to provide interdisciplinary, integrated experiences that, while capitalizing on the strengths of each of the disciplines involved, help students to perceive the concepts and methodologies which underlie and integrate the fields.

The College has an extensive existing array of internship sites and additional locales are added according to student interests. With New York City so close, there are many diverse internship possibilities.
