Beschreibung des Programms

The Graduate School of Information and Communications was established at Bunkyo University Shonan campus in April, 2005, along with the Graduate School of International Studies. These are the first two graduate schools at the Shonan Campus. The Graduate School of Information and Communications is aimed toward fostering human resources with professional expertise who have 1) knowledge about information systems, 2) the ability to use such knowledge in practical areas and 3) the ability to build an information system for customer's needs.

The Bunkyo University Foundation is an academic group with four campuses. The Headquarters is located at the Hatanodai campus in Tokyo’s Shigagawa Ward. There are also three schools attached to the University - a kindergarten, a junior high school, and a senior high school. Including the student enrollment in the kindergarten, there are 1,400 students attending these schools.

The Koshigaya campus, located in Koshigaya City, Saitama Prefecture, consists of the Faculty of Education, the Faculty of Human Sciences, the Faculty of Language and Literature, the Graduate School of Human Sciences (Master’s & Doctoral program), the Graduate School of Language and Culture (Master’s & Doctoral program), the Graduate School of Education, the Special Postgraduate Course and the Foreign Student Department. 5,000 students are enrolled in the Koshigaya campus.

In the Shonan campus in Chigasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, 1,700 students are enrolled. The campus comprises the Faculty of Information and Communications, the Faculty of Health and Nutrition, the Graduate School of Information and Communications (Master’s program). There are currently 1,900 students enrolled and studying at our Tokyo Adachi Campus in Adachi Ward of Tokyo. The campus is home to our Faculty of International Studies, Faculty of Business Administration, and Graduate School of International Studies(Master's program), as well as, the Secretarial Department of the University.
