The core of the program lies in the training of professionals capable of creating and executing communication strategies, specifically adapted to gastronomic projects. From restaurants to cultural institutions, the transmission of values and culture in the culinary sphere is emphasized.

Under a strategic vision of global reach, the master's degree provides solid training in specific direction, addressing current trends linked to the world of gastronomy. Led by Diego Coquillat, a renowned consultant and advisor in the field of innovation, digitalization and new technologies for restaurant chains, independent restaurants and chefs, the program is based on the experience of more than 300 published articles on the transformation digital and technological in the sector.

Nowadays there is a great need, for the multiple gastronomic projects and newly created restaurant companies, to communicate, disseminate, know the customer and create unique and exclusive experiences for the public.

The main objective of the Master is to train professionals in marketing skills and techniques capable of creating, designing and implementing communication strategies for gastronomic projects, as well as transmitting values and culture in culinary companies: from restaurants to cultural promotion centers.

The program is developed with an international strategic vision, as well as extensive training in specific and at the same time multipurpose direction that addresses current trends linked to gastronomy.

Objectives of the Master in Gastronomic Marketing and Digital Management

General objectives

The main objective of the Master in Gastronomic Marketing and Digital Management is to train professionals in the design, characterization and differentiation of a gastronomic brand applied to the digitalization of our era. This program also aims to cover the production of a unique experience for our client in all aspects such as reputation, marketing or the creation of spaces.

Specific objectives

The Master in Gastronomic Marketing and Digital Management will allow you to:
