DMD/MBA-Programm

This program permits dental students to enroll in and obtain DMD and MBA degrees concurrently. Students are expected to begin the MBA program after completing at least two semesters (first year) of the DMD Program. Students will complete all degree requirements of both programs. The DMD and MBA degree can be conferred simultaneously upon successful completion of both programs of study by the end of the spring semester of the fourth year of the DMD Program. If the student does not complete all of the degree requirements of the MBA program by that time, the MBA degree can also be awarded at a later date following completion of degree requirements.

The Dental College of Georgia is committed to growing in its purpose of teaching, patient care, research, and service. Since its inception, we have graduated nearly 2,500 dentists who are now providing oral healthcare in Georgia and around the world.

Established in 1969, the DCG is the state’s sole dental college now providing education and training for more than 300 dental students and approximately 60 residents per year. In addition to offering a high-quality education in our state-of-the-art facilities, we provide care to nearly 50,000 patients each year, some traveling across the state or more to be treated by our students, residents, and faculty.
